Here are 4 Calgary residential design projects under construction or about to start construction in innercity neighborhoods.
The first is a new semi-detached project in the SW Calgary Community of Glenbrook. A modern exterior with raised 2-story entry ceiling.
The second project consists of 2 planned 22′-0″ wide single family homes with basement stairwell access. These properties are located within 5 minutes of the Foothills Medical Center in the NW Community of Parkdale. Work is to begin quickly before the end of February.
The third project is a semidetached and narrow single family pair of buildings in the NW community of Bowness. The exteriors feature a large array of window provide the visual pattern for the modern exterior designs.
The final project, just underway, is another semidetached two-story project, this time featuring a west backyard on a quiet street.
